These policies are subject to change without notice and are the buyers responsibility to adhere to. By accessing, 

browsing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these 

terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange Policy, and you agree and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Please note: REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Suitesnob respectfully prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling orders accurately. If you are not fully

satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused, unwarn, unwashed item/s in its original condition with original tags within 10days of receipt. 

In exchange we will provide you with an online credit that can be used in store or online at any time without expiration minus shipping costs.

Suite Snob will not accept any item altered for returned/exchange  with obvious signs of wear or with any tags removed . Upon receipt of returned goods, Suite Snob reserves the right

to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Merchandise received after 10days will not be given a store credit and will be returned/shipped back to you.

Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Shipping errors received after the allotted time are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Shipping errors outside of the allotted time frame of 10days will be denied and not accepted back.

For hygienical and safety reasons any sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for any return or credits.

PLEASE NOTE that these mentioned policies are enforced at our brick and mortar locations and pop up locations as well.

Special orders and Pre-Orders merchandise will be shipped to you as soon as soon as they become available to us. Please note the we offer shipping estimates and some times might exceed 2-8 weeks

An order may only be cancelled within 24 hours the order has been submitted.

Special orders CAN NOT BE CANCELLED under any circumstances after an order is placed and can not be returned if it was ordered especially for you.

Promotion Codes can not be applied to previous orders or sale items.

Only one promotional code will be applied to each order.

EXCLUDED Brands are COMMANDO, VOLUSPA and all ACCESSORIES.

USPS For all orders over $150.00 you will receive FREE SHIPPING

Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after payment and processing.

USPS PRIORITY OR EXPRESS is a flat rate of $43.00

Deliveries are guaranteed the next business day as long as your order is placed before 12pm (EST) the day of.

If selected inventory is available in house clients are welcomed to pickup curbside and shipping costs will be credited in form of refund.
